It's very likely they'll get a complaint soon, since they claim to be a gluten-free restaurant, but then they ask, "Are you intolerant or celiac?" No, sorry, if you're a celiac-friendly restaurant, you can't ask that question. I told them I was also allergic to dairy, and that they should please serve the Cabrales sauce for the escalopes on the side. They also decided to put a bowl inside the plate, which caused the sauce to spill over and soak part of the plate. I've been sick in the hotel for three days. I definitely don't recommend it. If you don't have allergies, go ahead. I have the ticket that proves I was there.

Wonderful gluten-free cuisine. The cachopos are incredible and the chorizos are impressive. Thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness. I recommend it. We'll definitely be back.
