We tried several traditional dishes: lamb, sirloin, cheek, Castilian soup and beans, and they were all on point, but the lamb was undoubtedly the highlight. The service was excellent; especially from the waitress who served us, who was charming and very attentive throughout the meal. It's a shame I didn't ask his name because it made the experience even better. A horrible place for celiacs or allergies, I called to ask and they guaranteed me that it would be no problem and once there there were 2 options, well they still got mixed up with a dish that was not for me and the person in charge blames you on top of it without assume responsibilities.
