Unbeatable location, right in front of the Segovia Aqueduct. We went on a Saturday at noon and, as expected, the atmosphere was lively and very familiar. We tried several traditional dishes: lamb, sirloin, cheek, Castilian soup and beans, and they were all on point, but the lamb was undoubtedly the highlight.
The service was excellent; especially from the waitress who served us, who was charming and very attentive throughout the meal. It's a shame I didn't ask his name because it made the experience even better.
They also have several set menus (not daily), very well thought out, and they have a gluten-free menu option, which is very appreciated. We found the quality-price ratio to be very good, especially considering the location and the quality of the dishes.
There was nothing we didn't like, and we understand that noise is part of the atmosphere of a restaurant with so much life and clientele. Without a doubt, I would return, especially to repeat with the lamb. It is advisable to book in advance, especially if you want to eat lamb, as it is one of the most popular dishes.
