I've been going to this restaurant ever since I became celiac, and it's always been fine, but today was a pretty bad experience.
We went to the terrace, where they have a different menu than the restaurant's.
We ordered: boletus croquettes, squid, shrimp brioche, and the truffled egg timbale.
At first, they told us the brioche wasn't available, so we switched to a cachopo. Then they told us they didn't offer a cachopo either, and we ordered a beef burger. After bringing us the croquettes and the timbale, he tells us they didn't have any squid left either... So we say, okay, so the lamb burger...
In the end, we went from what we wanted to what we ordered...
The croquettes were terrible; they didn't have béchamel sauce, just breadcrumbs inside. Of the portion, we only got one with béchamel sauce... The rest were all bread... The timbale was good, as always, the burgers were quite small; it said it came with cheese, but they brought it without cheese. The fries that came with it were raw inside.
When 4 p.m. arrived, the time the restaurant was supposed to close, a group of about 60 people came in... Which made us think they were overwhelmed...
I think if you're not going to have more than half the menu available, I'd let them know before we started ordering.
To top it all off, they add €0.50 for the terrace service, per dish!
In short, we ate terribly, little and for €51...
