Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen - South Tampa

I had not heard of nor tried Bolay Kitchen before this event, so this was my first time here. I live in Pinellas so it was a little bit of drive to get to them but I can honestly say the drive was worth it! I came in during what I would have assumed to be dinner rush time but aside from myself there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant which struck me as odd. I was indecisive as to what to actually order for my first time here but after talking to one of the staff members, I decided to go with his recommendation & ordered the the steak street salad bowl, & I am so glad I did! The steak was cooked perfectly, the chimichurri tomatoes were amazing, & the creamy garlic & herb dressing brought the whole bowl together! I got a chocolate chip cookie which was still soft & sweet, so I knew it was just made today. I also got the berry patch tea to go with it, the tea was nice & refreshing, I got a refill of the tea but switched it up & got the mandarin cardamon tea. That tea was a bit more robust but still delicious & satisfying. The restaurant layout & atmosphere is really nice, I liked learning they are gluten free. I honestly don't know why there weren't more people here, but I will definitely be making the trek back over here again soon!

Made my own bowl with chicken, pesto noddles, sweet potato, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles onions and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh! Highly recommend the gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

Love Bolay and I love that as a gluten free person I can eat anything there!
