The Burlington location is typical of this chain restaurant for decor and menu. They do not take reservations. Our party of 3 arrived at 6:30 Friday night, and they were slammed. We were seated in about 12 minutes. Corn chips and salsa are automatically served. Since we had one person with gluten allergy he was pleased to be able to join in They do not have a gluten free menu but most dishes can be made gluten free we were told by our efficient waiter. We ordered 2 chimichurri steaks and a ceasar salad with blackened salmon and an appetizer order of crayfish etouffee Rounded out with a coke, a Corona lager, and a margarita (ordered with no salt on the rim). All were as ordered and quite good. Service was excellent... accurate and prompt. Bill was $80 before tip. A very pleasant evening. If you want a Mexican themed moderately priced restaurant; this is your place.
