What an awesome dining experience received at Pressed Cafe in Burlington. The waitstaff, order takers, and counter people, are amazing with top-notch customer service skills and friendliness! I had a lunch with friends and got a gluten free cheese burger and fries, the waiter was nice but didn’t write down our order, even though I stressed that I had a gluten allergy. I finished my meal then had to run to the bathroom multiple times because I got sick from a cross contamination. This could have been avoided so easily but my allergy was not taken seriously by this restaurant.

This is a go to for our family. They have been very good with gluten free accomodations for me. Staff is accommodating and attentive. It can get really busy. But we went early knowing this and had a good family friendly dining experience (1yr old and 3 yr old).
