Borealis Coffee Company

Great place for a hot beverage and tasty treat. They were very accommodating when we asked for a drink modification. The staff was very friendly. The gluten free brownie was amazing! It was also a cozy place to sit and relax. Plenty of seating unlike your chain establishments. I definitely recommend Borealis!

So the first thing we do when we come to an area as we travel (though we decided to put roots down here now and stop this traveling thing) is find the local coffee shop…. Forget those big global firms… local shops… always. Borealis was our first try in the area, and they immediately became our go to. The look and feel of the property starts off so good (I love that converted mill look) and the coffee was amazing. The breakfast sando on the cheddar biscuit… so good! I have a kiddo with a gluten allergy, and the gluten free choices to snack on for breakfast are always a hit. The staff are amazing as well… always bright and cheery…. And oh so good at what they do
