We had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Boston Pizza on the night of September 4, 2025. I ordered a gluten-free Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine. The server told me it was available, but instead they brought me penne – completely different from what I asked for. My brother ordered a Chicken Fettuccine with two extra garlic breads topped with mozzarella cheese. What he got was just a plain fettuccine and one bland, tasteless piece of toast. Nothing close to what he requested. I ordered a Deluxe Pizza, and honestly, it was so bad it belonged straight in the trash. The flavor was awful – probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The service was terrible, the food was disgusting, and I deeply regret choosing this place. Save your money and go anywhere else – don’t waste it here.

My 7 yr. old is Celiac. Ordered her a gluten free desert option. Waiter serves her one not gluten free. Waiter messed up pizza toppings. Language barrier with the server. I speak English...sorry. Manager completely indifferent. Been to other locations'...no problems. Do urself a favor and stay away from Boston Pizza near Pearson Airport. Morons!!!!
