Boston Pizza

What a horrible, horrible experience!!! Party of 8, 6 kids 2 adults, my daughters dish was spaghetti with veggies, the vegetables were rotten, I mean it looked like it was chewed up and spat on the plate, we complained and they sent back more veggies, same thing, all rotten, the manager confirmed that they are all rotten… so why would you serve this to costumers??? 2 dishes had hair in them as well, the manager was completely useless and didn’t have a care in the world. My meal, was suppose to be gluten free as I have a server gluten sensitivity, I had to run to bathroom, throwing up, sweats and shakes, I had to leave the restaurant as I went into flow blown dumping syndrome, I will be taking this further and this is now a health and safety concern.

This Boston pizza is very kid friendly. Being attached to the Americana water park it is a great place. My family and I had lunch there after swimming in the pool. We were looking for a gluten-free friendly place and we're skeptical of going to a Boston pizza. However they have a gluten-wise menu which is very good, we had the chicken wings and the ribs which were both delicious. Our waiter Brandon was the best waiter to we've had in a long time he was very patient with the kids and he accommodated to all of our needs. We would go back anytime and recommend it to anyone who is a celiac family.
