Our server, Megan, was super helpful with Celiac disease accommodations, especially with double checking with the kitchen to make sure everything was safe for me. Also when we left we realized we forgot our extra fries in a to go container at the table, and came back 3 minutes later to them being gone. We were ready to accept our reality, but Megan came over and made us a new box right away. Thank you to Megan and the staff at this location for an amazing meal!

Food was excellent, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The staff was super helpful and the waitress even took a picture of the ingredients list on the ice cream to help my sister make sure it didn't contain any of her allergens. They have gluten free options for pizza and pasta which is good. It was super busy on a Saturday night but the way it's divided into rooms keeps the noise manageable so you can still have a conversation without shouting

I had a fantastic experience at Turtle Jack’s Niagara Falls! From start to finish, everything was spot on. I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp (crispy and flavorful), tomato soup (comforting and rich), baby back ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender), wings (perfectly sauced), and the 10oz California Cut New York Striploin juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The atmosphere gives cozy cottage vibes right in the heart of Niagara Falls, and the menu has something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Special shoutout to Olivia, our server she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was exceptional! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe.

We had a great dinner at the Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill. We were served by a very friendly waitress named Michaily. She was awesome. The grandkids loved her. She was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options a d I was well taken care of. I had the pecan and chicken salad. So delicious. She got the kids special drinks that had cotton camdy. Awesome experience. We will return.

We'd spent 4 days in Niagara, staying centrally, searching for good value, tasty food without success (& getting ripped off for mediocre mulch). . until we found Moksha! Jasmine was really friendly and professional, with good knowledge of gluten free options. . And the food was excellent. Best meal we had in Niagara by a long chalk, and up to the standards of the CN tower restaurant. Would highly recommend. Also great value, 3 of us with drinks (including beer): mains, poppadoms, rice and nans and (discretionary) 20%tip, $80. Wish we'd found you sooner! Many thanks 🙏 N.B. It's difficult to understand some of the negative reviews based on our experience and perhaps makes one question their integrity / motive.

I came in looking for gluten free and vegetarian options. While the options are slightly limited, the food was AMAZING. Mile the server was so kind to customize our order so that I had a delicious meal. He knew exactly when to check in on us and when to give us some time to enjoy our food. It was such a beautiful experience. The cocktails were also amazing! The options and the taste made me feel like I was in Mexico again.

Our waitress Felicia was soooo helpful and kind . I have celiac disease and am very cautious about eating out at restaurants that aren’t fully gluten free . But she was so great at letting me know what on the menu was and was not gluten free . They have many options . All of the beef options are gluten free also the cheese balls we’re soo good . Anyways I’m thrilled with the service .

When we got to our table, she (Emily) was so personable, funny and kind and made the experience so much better. She personally confirmed everything with the kitchen to ensure our meal was gluten free. The table next to us was giving her a hard time for no reason, so Emily, you rock! I give it 4 stars only because of the wonderful view of the falls. But you only get the best views at the tables on the lower level. The menu is very limited for people who are gluten free like myself. My wife and I had the Roasted Ontario chicken Supreme and it was dry with a sauce that did not have a lot of flavor.

My sister and I have been coming to Weinkellers for the last 4 years. We have never had a bad food or service experience, also taking into consideration their ability to cater the menu to my multiple food allergies( gluten, dairy and eggs), which is no easy feat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is warm and intimate. I Throughly enjoy this restaurant experience, on repeat.

What a horrible, horrible experience!!! Party of 8, 6 kids 2 adults, my daughters dish was spaghetti with veggies, the vegetables were rotten, I mean it looked like it was chewed up and spat on the plate, we complained and they sent back more veggies, same thing, all rotten, the manager confirmed that they are all rotten… so why would you serve this to costumers??? 2 dishes had hair in them as well, the manager was completely useless and didn’t have a care in the world. My meal, was suppose to be gluten free as I have a server gluten sensitivity, I had to run to bathroom, throwing up, sweats and shakes, I had to leave the restaurant as I went into flow blown dumping syndrome, I will be taking this further and this is now a health and safety concern.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious, excellent quality. We have had the opportunity to try several Indian restaurants in the area and found The Guru to be the best. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had some food sensitivity’s, gluten and egg, and they were able to detail ingredients in each dish. There were many options. A must if you are in the Falls and you like Indian food.

This place has the best pizza! Friendly service & great location with parking. You can get gluten-free pizza aka cauliflower crust as I like to call it bc I'm not gluten-free, just a fan of cauliflower crust. Sangria is also an amazing choice for drink. Their stuffed peppers are a great appetizer. Stop in & try their food!

TRUST ME….GO NEXT DOOR TO THE OTHER BURGER JOINT!!! Food was OK but ordering experience sucked. They forgot to charge for a gluten bun and made it a point to charge me for it like 5 min after we ordered. It was only a few $ so it wasn’t a huge deal….just greedy considering it was their fault and I had to break a $20 for it. New girl working up front taking orders who was VERY slow and would not speak loudly or clearly. First job maybe, I don’t know. NOT HER FAULT THO!!! The place should have had someone helping/training her instead of leaving her on her own to struggle. Then when she made a mistake on the order, come back 5 min later and demand the customer pay another few dollars for their poor training!!!!! The place was completely empty for most the visit, I can see why. There is a burger place next door you’re MUCH better off going to. Won’t go back….

Met friends here before a performance. Tammy our waitress was fabulous. Her service was perfection. Love the fact there was no issue about gluten free and many options. The drinks were great.

They made up gluten free chicken Alfredo for me and it took a little long so they offered a free slice of pizza without me even saying anything. Best Gluten free options (also have pizza in addition to pasta) and the cashier was so sweet and helpful from the get go! Best service I've had in a while!

We went there for the gluten free poutine and were told their fries aren't gluten free anymore. It's still marked that way on the menu though. I was told the only thing I could get was gluten free penne with red sauce or gluten free pizza. Those were not on the menu either but the server told us. Thankfully, we ordered the pizza and it was delicious so that somewhat made up for the poutine being mislabeled. The service was terrible for the most part. She rarely came by despite there being hardly anyone there and was neutral at best, never friendly. It worked out but I wouldn't go again.

We went as a group for a team dinner while here for a basketball tournament. Everything was great. They reserved a section of the restaurant for us and service was fast and efficient. The gluten free pizza crust was great in comparison to other places. It tasted like a pizza crust unlike some other stores. Thanks for the great food and service!!!!!!

I need.a Gluten free diet now , I was told by neighborhood pizza ,that swan pizza made Gluten free. Went to swan pizza they gave me a headache, right at the beginning. , Their Gluten free pizza is only small, asked if I bought two is there a deal, NOPE was all I got ,, first lady was well ummm nevermind, second lady was full of excuses but no apologies, took her a very long time to process order,, on a Friday night to , come on Swan get your act together. Not impressed , two Gluten free pizzas $45,, taking advantage of people with special health requirements. Not very kindly or fair , taking advantage of people, shame on you Swan, An extremely pissed off first and last time customer, again shame on you, Also I have diabetes.

Oh my goodness the food here is delicious! My husband and I are gluten-free & vegan, and we had plenty of choices. Our friends are not vegan and had a dish with paneer, which they said was amazing. Our server Mary was so lovely, and super helpful in explaining what everything was. We'll definitely come again when in the area.
