The owner of this establishment went out of their way to assure me, as a newly diagnosed celiac, the precautions they take when cooking their gluten-free food. Just make sure you specify it's a 'gluten allergy' and they will be sure to make every effort to avoid cross contamination. It has been daunting trying to find places to eat, and they made it so easy and didn't make me feel like a bother when asking. Bonus they are right down the street from me and open late. The gluten-free pizza crust is the best gf pizza I've found, and the gf brownie they threw in for me to try on my last stop in was so delicious too! Service is tops!
