Boston Pizza

Just a note right up front. The atmosphere is like any big box family restaurant. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to brag about. The food is big box as well. The thing that I appreciate about Boston Pizza, is that I can get a gluten-free dairy-free pizza. Our server here was fantastic.

I only complain about places if they are disgusting or nasty customer service. This store has the latter. Previously, I had rated this location at a 5 star, no longer. They have an item on their menu which is a glutenwise brownie. I have ordered this over the years at different locations, including in store and delivered from this one in particular. The past two times I have ordered from here they have shorted me on our order. A glutenwise brownie (should be two, they're shipping only one) the price is already inflated due to ordering it through a 3rd party. Last time this happened, I complained to the 3rd party, they wouldn't help, said it was the restaurants fault. Today I called the restaurant to get an understanding of what's going on and was greeted by a disgruntled employee that just wanted to argue over listen. There's not many places that I can go to that are allergy safe, but it's not worth it for me to spend time and energy dealing with this place again. The person that answered checked with the manager and stated it is correct to receive only one. They would rather not take ownership in their error and make me feel like an annoyance, versus a paying lifelong customer. She answered the phone and said "What was missing in your order? Uh what was wrong with your order". Yeah, It's not saving you anything by cheating out your customers. I hope this location gets better, because the past few months the food has been on a steady decline. Food is overcooked, fries various shades of brown, food is put together in a careless, sloppily manner and tonight, the customer service was terrible. TLDR: This BP location has been giving me a half order, uber sells it for 9.39, 7.99 on BP's menu. Woman that answered the phone sounded like she would rather throw some punches, versus listening. If there's an issue between your site and Uber's, well here's your opportunity to amend that. Good luck with your restaurant.
