This brewery is a favorite with my friends. Love the pizza and beer. There are gluten free options for the pizza. Heated patio is great and the service is very good.

We dine at this restaurant approximately once per month, and the service is always excellent and the food delicious… Tonight we were out for our anniversary dinner, and I mistakenly forgot to order the cream sauce I wanted on my pasta… Even though it was my mistake, they promptly got me what I had meant to order. They also provided a free anniversary dessert for my husband and me. I would like to give a big shout out to Mikayla, our waitress tonight, as she provided top-notch service… As did a man who I assumed is the owner. I highly recommend Paliotti's Chilliwack as a pleasant dining experience… We're always treated like kings and queens. I should mention too that, although many restaurants are "nice", despite having a disabled person in the party, Paliotti's is one of the few restaurants who staff always make us feel 100% welcome and not make us feel like we are creating more work for them by having a wheelchair dependent person with us... we have never found them to roll their eyes when they think we are not looking or whisper about us. They also catered to my mom who is gluten-free and make sure her meal was appropriate for her dietary restrictions (celiac).

This is a nice little village-feel restaurant in the middle of Chilliwack. The servers are great at paying attention to your needs and provide a great service. The food is always spot-on in flavor and freshness. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are present. As well as a regular and hardly changing menu. The organic teas and coffee are a great relaxing and mind-easing hydrating enjoyment.

Wow the staff are so kind and their pizza is fantastic!!!! Such amazing options with keto, vegan, cauliflower base, gluten free, also so many creative pizza flavours. We had the special opportunity of seeing how their pizzas are made and they make everything fresh from scratch! Not only that but their kitchen is immaculately clean. Definitely found a new go-to pizza place!!!! Thanks for the great eats and for being so great with our kids!!

My wife, who is gluten intolerant and 4 kids were all very grateful for Crystals friendly and accommodating service. Despite my wife being 522 lbs and 3 of my kids being in wheelchairs and the fourth being blind - Crystal was able to quickly find us a table that fit everyone as well as my sons seeing eye dog, Baxter. My wife is gluten intolerant so she went with the classic hot wings. My kids all got chicken strips which they seemed to enjoy except for my blind son, Donnie, who couldn't find the plate in front of him. For myself, I enjoyed several long island ice teas before Crystal had to cut me off because I apparently kept trying to sing the theme song to Cheers. However I cannot fault her for cutting me off as it was in retrospect, the right thing to do given the disturbance I was apparently causing. Crystal was polite and attentive the entire time despite my accursed family. This was a great experience to have before having to put Baxter down and we look forward to coming back, especially since it's so hard to find a good place to eat with my wife being quite large and gluten intolerant.

The staff are great and allow for any substitution and change. They are very safe with the bowl they made for a Celiac in my party who had no adverse reaction in any way. For how basic the restaurant seems it is a quaint and wonderful place to eat. Well worth the price and you cant beat a bag of fries when you order a cup.
