I enjoyed a great brunch experience at Bouchon.
I am celiac and they made sure I had a delicious and safe meal. I had the Petit Déjeuner Américaine. They have gluten free bread and exchanged the potatoes with fruit.
Doug was our waiter and he made sure I enjoyed my meal and that everything was safe for me to eat. He even brought me my own jelly for my bread, so I didn’t need to worry about cross contamination.
My husband (not celiac) had the hash and chocolate croissant and said they were very delicious.
This is a very nice restaurant and a great treat while dining out in Vegas.
