Thank you for the quality of your breads and pastries, in particular the old flours and the wheat-free, even gluten-free, breads and biscuits. Everything is delicious, nutritious and man-friendly. Maybe one day non-hybridized spelled pastries? Or a gluten-free pancake? ;-)
