The inclusivity on the menu for vegetarian and gluten-free options, ensures everyone at the table can enjoy a great meal without feeling limited. The steak frites are a standout, and the small plates like beignets are perfect for sharing alongside a cocktail. I ordered blue skies, yaya hurricane and heart of Darkness. The service is professional yet welcoming, striking that balance of upscale dining with a relaxed, inviting vibe. Whether you’re stopping in for a drink at the bar, a date night, or dinner with friends, Bourbon delivers a five-star experience every time. It’s easily one of the best spots in Columbia.

Bourbon deserves 5 stars across the board! The ambiance was lovely..The food was great, and there is something for everyone- the menu has numerous vegetarian and gluten free options. But most of all the staff was amazing!! Christan our server was awesome and gave me an amazing recommendation (éttouffée was delicious).. and I truly don't have enough kind words for the manager Deborah!! We had a great conversation, and you could tell she takes pride in managing Bourbon and making sure every diner was happy and well taken care of. Next time I find myself in the area I will surely be back!
