Service was great, 90% of the food was great the butter cake and tomahawk were especially amazing, but the rib cap was super chewy and at one point they served a couple all the way across from us some dish that they had to cook themselves and it caused and enormous amount of heavy smoke in the small confined room we were in that made it difficult to breathe. Half of our party had to leave cause it was giving them headaches. And because the room was so small the smoke took a long time to dissipate. At this price level you kind of expect the to be able to breathe in the room the whole time. Management might wanna think about making that a patio special cause geez. One last thing, my mom is a celiac, (dr diagnosed) she isn’t super cross contamination sensitive but she has to be careful (same fryer is fine, but one piece of risotto isn’t) and she told the waiter who seemed super educated on what to order and I was sure she everything would be fine he asked all those green flag questions etc, but she got super sick after. I’m not certain it was from their food so I still did four stars but if your a celiac I might suggest somewhere else.

The most high-end dining experience in Gilbert. The attention to details and service are unmatched. Food is delicious, and their are many gluten-free options. I love coming here and can't wait to return.
