There was no one monitoring the front. It's all kiosk. I had an ingredient question about a sauce, no one I could ask, and their menu was not forth coming. I only knew their gluten-free nuggets were also nightshade free because I'd asked last time we were in - when there were cashiers. There is a timer for when your food is supposed to be done, that flipped to 'coming soon' for everyone as the timers ran out. I get wanting to operate lean, but at the expense of customer satisfaction/service?
Regarding the food. I remember it being decent last time. This time, however, both hubby and I were so-so with our chicken. We both thought the ginger slaw was bland (barely any ginger). The "ceasar"ish salad was delicious, though. The other plus is they have that pebble/sheet ice which is my favorite (I'm not a soda drinker so I put it in my water).
FOOD I could eat. They offer gluten free options. Separate fryer for the fries, bonus. Great quality food. We sat outside and people watching was awesome lol

Cynthia is a fantastic waitress! She is very respectful and cautious of the fact that I am gluten free. 5 stars to her specifically. The food is absolutely wonderful and having a gluten free dessert won me over even further. I highly recommend Cynthia and the wonderfully delicious food!
Always love to eat here! Can't beat the burgers, so fresh and they taste really good! The service is good and curtious. They also offer gluten free hamberger buns, for those folks that are gluten sensitive just have to let them know .
As someone who is gluten-free, I very much enjoy going to In-N-Out Burger. My husband can get a regular burger however they always have protein style, which is a burger and a lettuce wrap which always ends up messy but very delicious. For those who do not use sea salt on their fries, they actually have a little bit of salt and add salt packets for you to add separately, which I think is also a good idea because I need more salt due to a salt deficiency, and this allows me to add more salt to my fries and not to my husband’s

I frequent this location, but I'm not sure how much longer that will continue if changes aren't made.
Started off on the wrong foot - asked the lady who seated us for a booth and she puts our menus on a normal table. We politely say again we would like a booth or half booth, please, and she moves us to another section.
Taco Tuesday - BOGO, sounds great - well, until you order the tacos anyway.
I ordered four carne asada tacos, and my wife ordered two Pollo deshebrado.
My tacos were overcooked, dry, and underseasoned. When I asked the waiter if this is how they are normally served, he claimed it was because they switched to gluten free? I know BS when I hear it, and yeah - that was an awful excuse. I drowned them in sauce and salsa to get through them. I'd rate this carne asada lower than Filiberto's at twice the cost. That's not a compliment.
My wife had a better experience, but her chicken was too salty, and drenched in sauce. If the chicken is sitting in a chefs pan waiting to be heated up each order, this makes sense. Probably the bottom of the pan.
Honestly I'm shocked at how the kitchen is so inconsistent every time we come here. The recipes don't change. I shouldn't come in as a customer and be worried about the quality of food I'm about to receive.
Hello, my gluten-free Celiac friends,
I ordered the gluten-free pizza from this restaurant, The gentleman on the phone was so kind and he explained to me how they Make it in a separate sheet but in the shared oven and prep it in a different area with the change of gloves .Honestly it was so delicious I ate it with no problem. I have celiac it was cooked perfectly. I did not get any reaction I ordered plain simple cheese pizza with pepperoncinis. Honestly the 10-in was not enough lol definitely ordering again from them.
LEAH is the best!! We get her often when we eat here and she remembers EXACTLY what we like each time....and she is super efficient, helpful and fun. The food is healthy, has delicious gluten-free options, and the vibe is chill. Overall, we love eating here or picking up. Highly recommend!
Did Gluten free well. Is is indicated on their menu. Gabriel did a fine job of taking care of us. Thanks Gabriel! There were quite a few choices and the food and drinks were tasty. Portions were huge... So dinner for tomorrow too. They seemed to take the need to be gluten Free very seriously, which I really appreciate. Atmosphere was nice... But casual attire was fine. We WILL go back. The food was VERY good! No wait for us. Service was as expected or better.
I've been here many times. They take good caution with gluten free needs, when requested to wait staff. I've had steak, fish, scallops and all have been delicious. This restaurant gets very busy and reservations are required, unless you don't mind finding a spot at the bar.
We came here because they had a gluten free menu on their website but we're told they were out of the all of those options when we arrived, which was the whole reason we chose OHSO Gilbert. So we ate there, but left hungry, which was unfortunate considering how expensive the bill was. Also, there was something going on with our waitress, she kept bringing the wrong things. I do like the place, but I wish we had a better experience.
Awesome place, the outside had games and chair swings that are entertaining for all ages yet the inside has a high energy sports bar vibe. Moreover, the servers were very professional and did an excellent job. And the food! The food was awesome! Great gluten free options too 😁
Place was very busy and we got seated in about 10 minutes. The restaurant has a great theme throughout. Was greeted by several staff members as we walked by to our table. Ryan was our server and took care of us! Large portion sizes and good quality. They also offer a Gluten Friendly menu.
Food was good, reasonably priced menu and nice selection of gluten free options. On the downside we went for lunch on a weekday and tables were dirty and even the paper towel roll (in lieu of napkins) on our table seemed questionable. I wanted to love it but couldn’t get past the feeling of uncleanliness.
This bar and restaurant had great music, a good atmosphere and good food.
You're easily going to spend $20 before drinks. Entrees are under 20, but add a side or an app and you're easily over 20 with a tip. I paid about 30 with tip and I just had a lemonade as a drink.
For being a Friday, I expected it to be busier but I was there closer to dinner time, not late-night.
I got the Barbacoa tacos and they were very good, if a little too salty for my liking (and I like salt!) They needed the rice and beans to offset how salty they were. I guess it's in the name. Good, spicy heat but not overbearing.
Everyone else's food looked great as well, especially the carne asada which was a huge portion.
Great allergen markings. Mexican restaurants are known among the GF crowd but they rarely mark their menus despite being naturally gluten free. This place had clear and thorough markings for allergens. Thank you!
The service wasn't noticeably slow, but there were some times that it lagged between drinks and ordering food.
The real highlight was the full bar and live DJ. When we arrived the music was a bit fast and a little too obscure for me, but it mellowed-out in a good way towards the middle of our time there. Having someone dedicated to music is a rare feature and we appreciated it.
This place is bright and has a lot of TVs playing. If you want to go out and still catch the game this would be a good option for you, but it didn't quite seem like a sports bar. This place is hitting a lot of notes that you'd usually see individual places hit (sports bar/restaurant/club/bar) but in so doing it doesn't really specialize. It's kind of inch-deep, mile-wide. That's not necessarily a bad thing. It's a sports bar, but it's not rowdy. It's a Mexican place and family friendly, but it's modern, pristine, and not cliché. It's a bar with a DJ, but it's relaxed and laid-back enough to just enjoy the atmosphere: not too loud and no dance floor.
Overall I say give it a try. It's also right in the middle of several other dining and drinking options.
Nando's never fails! They have an awesome menu - my fiance loves the steak fajitas or chimichangas, and they even have vegetarian and gluten-free options for me! They also have great Margarita's!
Conner was very attentive and friendly - it seems like every time I go here, I get great service! Highly recommend!

I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I saw that they had good ratings/reviews and wanted to try a new place for dinner last week. It was a decision I regretted. When I asked about gluten free options the staff somewhat knew what was gluten free, but then would second guess their answers. I even called ahead to ask about gluten-free options and they said that they had some. The food was not good at all. I got the chicken tacos with the corn tortilla and extra side of rice. The chicken was dry and burnt. The rice was cold and didn’t taste good. Lastly, the corn tortilla was semi okay. The only good thing was the key lime pie. That tasted more like a cheesecake than key lime. After eating the food I felt sick and threw up. I do not recommend this place even though you see good reviews. Absolutely gross and a waste of money 👎🏼👎🏼
We ordered 4 total pizzas. 2 cheese, 1 Hawaiian, and 1 Gluten Free. All were supposed to be delivered. When the order came the person who delivered the pizza didn’t even ring the door bell, just left it on the bench. Then through a mix up, the gluten free pizza, didn’t get ordered. This required us to come and pick it up. However, when we got home we found this pizza was BURNT beyond edible! I don’t understand how an employee would allow a pizza to leave the kitchen in this condition! I expect a refund or a credit for a free Gliten Free Pizza in the future, if we decide to come back.
Great experience! We have a family member with celiac and they were able to accommodate with gluten free soy sauce while preparing her meal. The teppanyaki chef was a lot of fun and the food was ah-mazing!!!
The most high-end dining experience in Gilbert. The attention to details and service are unmatched.
Food is delicious, and their are many gluten-free options. I love coming here and can't wait to return.
Honestly, their normal crust tastes like a motza cracker because it is literally just flour and olive oil. But thankfully my wife is gluten free, so we shared the cauliflower crust which actually has the proper spices in it. It was actually very tasty and crispy. And now they have the best high end Ding Dong I have ever tasted. It's actually incredible.
I didn't think it was appropriate for the server to be wearing playboy attire, as I think it objectifies women, so that was a big negative for me but hopefully they talk to her about it. It's an easily fixable problem.
Overall, it was good and I would go again.
Very unprofessional. Girl who answered the phone couldn’t answer any questions. Then she put me on hold to check but didn’t actually put me on hold and was telling someone that she didn’t want to do it. It’s a gluten free order. Then I think she realized she hadn’t put me on hold and hung up on me. If you can’t properly train employees then don’t pretend to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Love this place. I have celiac disease so I can't have white rice, and honestly, I struggle with brown. I visited while my bestie was in town for a girls weekend. Not only did they go above and beyond in creating somethingi could eat, they made it spicey which is totally my thing 🔥🔥🔥!! Great sushi, super fresh, with unique and fun configurations. The drinks are pretty yummy too. Everyone seems to really like their jobs here, which always makes a place way more fun! Thanks guys!
Being from California, it's hard to find authentic ethnic food in Arizona. Brooklyn Vs is very authentic. The pizza was excellent New York Style pizza (they sell it by the slice so we tried one), and the gluten free pizza my wife got was solid.
My daughter had the vodka sauce and I had the meat sauce. They did forget the chicken in the vodka sauce, but they both took it off the bill and also brought more sauce with the chicken in it, which was excellent. They didn't have to do both, but it was a very kind gesture.
The meat sauce is more of a Bolognese with heavy cream, so it was very rich. I do like Bolognese, but if you don't I'd try something else.
Vinnie was a pleasure to have as a server, with his authentic New York Italian accent. He made sure everything was OK, even answering some allergy questions which they took very seriously.
We will definitely be back.
We had an amazing meal! Fantastic accomodations for gluten and fish allergies, which made our experience. We had the beef, lemongrass chicken, fried rice and drunken noodles. N/a beverage list is also so good!
