Did Gluten free well. Is is indicated on their menu. Gabriel did a fine job of taking care of us. Thanks Gabriel! There were quite a few choices and the food and drinks were tasty. Portions were huge... So dinner for tomorrow too. They seemed to take the need to be gluten Free very seriously, which I really appreciate. Atmosphere was nice... But casual attire was fine. We WILL go back. The food was VERY good! No wait for us. Service was as expected or better.

Always love Firebirds!! I am gluten free and they make eating out so safe and enjoyable. Love the grilled salmon, Tenderloin salad & Filet. Elegant atmosphere. My favorite place to celebrate my birthday.
