OHSO Brewery + Distillery

We came here because they had a gluten free menu on their website but we're told they were out of the all of those options when we arrived, which was the whole reason we chose OHSO Gilbert. So we ate there, but left hungry, which was unfortunate considering how expensive the bill was. Also, there was something going on with our waitress, she kept bringing the wrong things. I do like the place, but I wish we had a better experience.

Horrible experience. Sat outside in the yard area with no servers, everything is done through a QR code on the table. Ordered food that took over 45 minutes to come out (all but 1 order was wrong) with no one letting us know they were behind. I have a gluten allergy & had to order through a bartender because the gluten substitutions were not on the QR code order platform. Order also took 45 minutes and came out wrong. The sauces in the cooler for the patio are obviously not monitored or changed out because the mayo packet I used came out a yellow-green sour color. I showed the bartender and they remade the order, but with a normal bun. After I asked them to confirm the bun was GF, they promised it was but it was not. Good for drinks, but would not trust the kitchen!

Really enjoyed the gluten free AZ burger. They have a good GF menu
