Staff who treat customers with disdain and false kindness. Errors during the ordering phase which are attributed to the customer and not to their lack of professionalism. Waiting for the ready pizzas booked there to cool because they make you wait in line of people at the counter... I book a pizza...I show up for the requested time but the pizza was not on the reservation list...I am told that the pizza "in question" was booked for a different time (an hour later, i.e. time that at that moment they could insert it because in reality it had not been inserted when I called... about 2 hours before) when I show my dissent the lady ignores me and asks other customers what they wanted. The customer must be treated with kindness and professionalism, something that is missing in this pizzeria. 100 meters away there is another pizzeria (Civico N.10) with the possibility of gluten-free preparation, go there as I did and will do from now on...
