Our children have celiac disease, so we rely on gluten-free food. The staff at the Brantlalm was very friendly, we were even allowed to look at the ingredient lists of the products used and they were also familiar with the problem of cross-contamination. For example, For example, I realized that we couldn't have the bratwurst that was explicitly marked as gluten-free because it was fried on the same grill as gluten-containing burgers. That completely convinced me and we ate here every day. There's even a gluten-free Kaiserschmarrn! Thank you!
