We are so grateful to have Bread & Flours here in the valley. Real, healthy food can be difficult to find in our area. I am gluten intolerant but Mark’s bread is totally tolerated by my quite discerning digestive system. Their pizza dough is out of this world, the blueberry muffins are a real treat, and we keep several loaves of different breads in our freezer at all times.
