Bread Club Taos

staff, owners, all very attentive and personable. personally I’d like to see a few more gluten free bread options, which is what many of us relied upon from Wild Leaven (whole rye, whole spelt, millet, etc) Now that Wild Leaven is gone, I would say that Bread Club, while not filling that particular gap, is certainly one of the most conscious bakeries Taos now.

We enjoined our gluten free blackberry lemon tea and blueberry scone. They have some much to try. Do not miss out. I deeply appreciated that they had gluten-free options 🥰
