Fresh flowers. Gluten-free options. Don’t be afraid of the line. They work quickly. They make their own bone broth. Fresh salads. Amazing gluten free bread and sourdough. They even have a blue corn bread. Salads, sandwiches, soups and bowls. A nice break from all the cheese I have been eating ay other places;). Fresh. Delicious. We went two times while in Taos. It’s the way I would like to eat every day of my life.
This spot features a bright, clean interior and a charming outdoor patio perfect for a relaxed gluten-free dining experience. Attentive staff ensure gluten-free needs are met, enhancing the pleasant and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Went here twice over the weekend, and as vegans the options are pretty underwhelming. You can get gluten free blue corn waffles/pancakes, or anything that has eggs can be made with tofu or vegan egg. The first day I chose tofu breakfast tacos, and the tofu was cubed, not seasoned whatsoever and pan fried for maybe 2 minutes. The pinto beans also had no seasoning. It also took 40 minutes to get our check and we were planning to order more drinks but were unable to since they waited that long to come to our table. The restaurant was not overwhelmingly busy at the time. The second day I ordered the vegan egg omelet and it was cooked in butter, and made me very sick very quickly.
Overall the options were fine because they are the only options for vegans in all of Taos basically.
This charming spot offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with whimsical decor, beautiful plants, and local art both indoors and outside. The kind and accommodating staff ensure a welcoming experience, especially for those seeking gluten-free dining options in a lovely setting.

Literally the best sandwich I’ve had in ages. I got the gluten free gyro on a pita. 10/10.
Cozy bakery with gluten-free treats like blackberry lemon tea and blueberry scone in a nostalgic, welcoming setting.

staff, owners, all very attentive and personable.
personally I’d like to see a few more gluten free bread options, which is what many of us relied upon from Wild Leaven (whole rye, whole spelt, millet, etc)
Now that Wild Leaven is gone, I would say that Bread Club, while not filling that particular gap, is certainly one of the most conscious bakeries Taos now.
This earthy, elegant retreat offers a cozy, calming atmosphere ideal for gluten-free diners. Despite a brief lighting issue, the warm ambiance and attentive service create a welcoming space. The focus on indigenous ingredients complements the variety of vegan and gluten-free options available.

Excellent food, all gluten-free, many vegan options. Our go to place when we visit Taos. Indigenous ingredients. Healthy and interesting.
This bustling eatery offers a warm, old-school country vibe with a lively breakfast crowd and attentive, prompt service. However, gluten-free diners will find limited options and some menu items contain flour, making it less ideal for strict gluten-free needs.

The HEALTH FOOD is a fun way to start the day with some pinon coffee and the famous apple fritters (the best I literally have ever had in any town, state, or country!) But get there early, all bakery items sell out each day.
My wife and kids usually get the smothered hashbrowns or the stuffed sopapillas- we usually get Christmas (half red/ half green sauce) and my veggie people always get the vegetarian sauce (which does have gluten fyi).
There is no better Authentic New Mexican food spot I've ever had and lived years in parts of New Mexico.
