This is such a cool spot! We drove down from Anchorage last fall just to come here and right after we ordered the power went out. They refunded us, but I wasn’t able to make it back until recently and was excited to finally try the shakin’ bacon waffle (pictured, but I ate most of it first). It did not disappoint! I ordered it gluten free - I have celiac and had no issues with this order. I also got a firebox freeze and it was a perfect addition to the waffle.

We love coming here for coffee dates. The boys always think eating on a train is the coolest thing ever! I love all of their milk substitutes and that they always have a gluten free waffle.
