Brick & Spoon - Tuscaloosa

I am celiac so it is it extremely difficult to find restaurants who can manage my food allergy. I have ordered this for pick-up and got the eggs Benedict (without the English muffin) and it is absolutely delicious! They have a good understanding of celiac/ gluten allergies.

You need to try this place for breakfast. This is a welcome addition to Tuscaloosa’s breakfast scene. Definitely a step above the usual waffle house type place. They’ve done a gorgeous renovation of this building, and that alone is worth the trip here. The coffee was very good. They need to work on their tea selection. This place just recently opened, and they are still working to perfect the minor details. The bloody Mary’s look excellent, but I was there too early to try them. The staff was extremely friendly. I hope they think about their gluten-free and keto diet options. You need to give this place a try.
