Brooklyn V's Pizza

Being from California, it's hard to find authentic ethnic food in Arizona. Brooklyn Vs is very authentic. The pizza was excellent New York Style pizza (they sell it by the slice so we tried one), and the gluten free pizza my wife got was solid. My daughter had the vodka sauce and I had the meat sauce. They did forget the chicken in the vodka sauce, but they both took it off the bill and also brought more sauce with the chicken in it, which was excellent. They didn't have to do both, but it was a very kind gesture. The meat sauce is more of a Bolognese with heavy cream, so it was very rich. I do like Bolognese, but if you don't I'd try something else. Vinnie was a pleasure to have as a server, with his authentic New York Italian accent. He made sure everything was OK, even answering some allergy questions which they took very seriously. We will definitely be back.

Incredible food and service. The caesar salad and gluten free crust are top shelf. Enjoy!
