We're not from Madrid, but after a concert and spending the night, we were looking for a gluten-free place to have breakfast. We called and a super nice girl, from Palencia, by the way, helped us. She told us there was space and we went there. It's a small but very cool place, with gluten-free toast and good bread! Artisan, of course. I ordered it with ham, since I'm not celiac, but my husband did, and a red fruit juice. Everything was so delicious, my goodness! We missed the cheesecake, so we left it for the next day... and the coffee was exquisite. 100% recommended.
