Hamburger restaurant where the entire menu is gluten-free. It is certified by the celiac association of the community of Madrid. For two people we ordered nachos and a hamburger for each one. The burgers come with their own fries (lots of fries) and can be normal or spicy. Everything was very good, we wanted to order dessert but we were very full. The negative point is the price. The burgers are a little expensive, it's not that they have very expensive ingredients for the price they have. The waitresses were very friendly and the service was quite fast.

An incredible experience Everything is 100% gluten-free and they have several vegan options. We ordered some rigatoni and some trumpets with green pesto sauce (vegan) and I had to ask the waitress again if it was all gluten-free and dairy-free because the flavor was exquisite. It was so good it seemed like a lie. The pasta is just cooked, the sauce is very tasty and aromatic. The portion may seem small, but it is very generous, quite filling. For dessert we took home a vegan chocolate and coconut panacotta (spectacular), chocolate and banana cake and a mascarpone flan. Of course, we will repeat. If I had to criticize (and it's a bit of a problem) it would be that the food plates in the restaurant were plates and not cardboard containers, because they were more ecological; And the place is quite small and the high tables are a little uncomfortable.

Lovely little restaurant that is completely gluten free with a couple of vegan options too (the vegan cake was to die for)! The staff was smiley, helpful and polite. We'll definitely return in future.
