We're unaware of the harm gluten causes us, and we think avoiding it is impossible. In my case, avoiding it helps me control my migraines. You think you can't eat sweets anymore! However, Nicolina offers a unique and highly recommended alternative on the market. Her cakes are spectacular and gluten-free! I especially recommend the lemon one!
