Bruceski's Pizza & Bar

DELICIOUS pizza & EXCELLENT customer service!! My husband and I are in town for business and staying at a nearby hotel. We were looking for gluten free pizza and found Bruceski's based on their positive reviews. WOW!! The Gluten Free Cauliflower Crust pizza was perfection!! I ordered the "Build Your Own" gluten free crust with garlic herb butter, no cheese, chicken and green peppers. My husband ordered regular crust with roma red sauce, pepperoni and sausage. We both loved our pizzas so much we came back two days later to order the same pizzas. YUMMY!!!! Dilraj our server/owner was so kind and helpful. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you are looking for high quality pizza with no seed oil (they use olive oil), perfect crust, not doughy, just the right amount of sauce and high quality toppings this is your pizzeria. Highly recommend Bruceski's!!

Tl;dr: Avoid at all costs. Literally. They do not take food allergies seriously, as they put cheese on my specially requested no-cheese pizza. I even called once the order was placed online to confirm the order in-store! There was rude phone service during that call, it was very clipped and non-professional and that should have been my first sign to stay away and reorder somewhere else. (Strike 1) When I arrived to get our $93 order (2 small, 1 large cheese, and a gluten free - supposed to be cheese free - pizza) I was remarked at for being “late” (strike 2) I went to grab our soda and the $3.49 bottle is NOT the large, it’s the small. They then haggled me about the size and price… weird. Moving on. Imagine my surprise when I go to feed my hungry, allergen-affected child and it’s the wrong pizza. I call back to express my complaint and I get yelled at immediately and blamed that I ordered the pizza wrong. THEN I was hung up on after some BS line that the owner was going to come on the phone. (Strike 3!) Poor taste all around. The worst part? I had already tipped. If they don’t refund as “promised” then I will be placing a fraudulent charge.
