Absolutely fantastic food - an enrichment for your Moselle holiday. I came across the Brühler Hof by chance and always plan dinner on my trips to the Moselle.
There are great creative (also vegetarian) local dishes: e.g. Riesling soup, schoarles and pumpernickel parfait.
By the way, allergens are identified and the restaurant is geared towards gluten-free dining.
The staff are noticeably friendly and we felt warmly welcomed.
