We had breakfast at Buddy's this morning, and everything was top-notch! Their Little Richard omelet was delicious. I love it when the filling is spread evenly so there's good stuff in every bite, and that's just how Buddy's did it. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and tasted like they were cooked with real butter. The French toast came with soft whipped butter and warmed syrup so everything melted together for the perfect bite. Laurie was our delightful server and took excellent care of us. She was warm and funny. Buddy's even has gluten-free bread for those of us who can't have the regular stuff! We were very impressed with all the special touches.
