Burgers n' Fries Forever

Please do not advertise your food as gluten-free if it is not actually gluten-free. I inquired in person what my options were as someone with celiac disease, and the answer was nothing. The website and menu state there are gluten-free options, but the staff informed me all the utensils, counters, etc, were contaminated, and nothing could be done gluten-free. A very disappointing experience.

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. I ordered burgers on the app and there was no option for me to add a GF bun (me and my daughter have celiac disease). I normally just call after placing my order and request for them to swap out the bun. I called the restaurant and a girl answered. She was refusing to change the buns and was extremely stubborn and wasn’t accommodating at all. She was saying that I had to place a new order and add GF buns, even though I told her several times that I normally do this and that there is no option on the app. Horrible service. Restaurants should be accommodating and helpful.
