I ordered a gluten-free burger due to a medical condition (celiac disease), and it arrived completely unassembled — just loose ingredients thrown into a box. Nowhere on the menu did it say this would be the case. When I reached out for clarification or a refund, I was met with an unbelievably rude and condescending response. The woman on the phone made it clear she didn’t care and said I got what I ordered, as if I should have just known it would be served this way.
This is not just bad service — it’s blatant disregard for people with dietary restrictions and food-related medical needs. Celiac disease isn’t a lifestyle choice, and treating people like they’re difficult or annoying for needing safe, clearly labeled food is discriminatory. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected.
If you have any dietary restrictions or expect even basic decency from staff, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.
