We found the food to be good but not amazing and the environment to be EXTREMELY LOUD. It has an a la carte menu of typical Mexican-ish fare. Cilantro in almost everything if that matters to you. And they say the entire menu is gluten free. Service was prompt and friendly. The sound level was almost a deal breaker for us though.
Creative and filling taco combinations, fresh corn tortillas, and a fun vibe make this local spot a must-visit for foodies.

Hottest restaurant in Corvallis. Bonus points for being 100% gluten free. Cool and friendly staff. Great tacos and great music. Please don't turn it down.

Incredible fresh cake style donut made to order (can also be gluten vegan). We had Marionberry+Rosemary and Earl Grey Vanilla. Both hit the spot. Amazing customer service.
They have Jun on tap and pupusas most days. You can eat fairly cheap here if you want. Nice to have variety and some vegan and gluten free options weekend bringing a group.
The rooftop dining area buzzes with energy, offering a lively atmosphere where deliciousness is always on the menu.

We stopped here for the first time and I loved the vibe.. We were bummed that the rooftop was closed. Maybe due to the heat. Not sure. We had two vegan pizzas, one vegan dream and a create your own. Sadly the mini was undercooked and the top of the dough was raw. I didn't realize until most of it was gone because it was the kids' pizza but they said it was bitter. The idea behind the vegan dream was on point with roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, vegan mozzarella, and Rucola. The execution was however lacking. My crust was fully cooked but dense (I'm guessing because it's also gluten free) and the tomatoes were burnt which wasn't that tasty. Price wise, it seemed a bit on the steep side. The staff however was friendly and helpful. So overall a mediocre meal but I won't be going out of my way for them again.
A vibrant breakfast spot with a diverse menu, quick service, and hearty portions, perfect for those seeking variety in a lively atmosphere.

Adding some pics of the gluten free and vegan menu since I didn't see them anywhere. I got the hobo hash off the gluten free menu and it was delicious. Everyone in my party liked their breakfast. The staff is very attentive to folks needs and friendly. It was clean. It does get pretty busy and is a bit loud but that can't really be helped. But I did enjoy dining here and I'll definitely be back.
This place is delicious! Additionally, I am very gluten sensitive and when something says it's gluten free it is gluten free! Favorite indian place in town- a gluten free vegetarian
I have to be gluten free. China Blue is a restaurant that I have enjoyed. The last 2 times ( from mid January to today) I have been very disappointed.
1 my rice was not cooked throughly. There is no flavor to the food. I am so disappointed
Looking for new Chinese restaurant.

Delicious food!! My husband got the pork chops, and I got the risotto. Both were amazing! We also shared the dirty fries with pork belly as well as alcoholic drinks. This was the last meal of our honeymoon, and it was perfect. I am also gluten free, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Castor if you’re looking for a delicious, classy meal. We will certainly be coming back!
Hamburger was good. Homemade fries was good. Had gluten free buns available. That alone they get bonus points. Always good to see a place taking care of customers with special needs. Thank you

We came on a busy Friday night and sat at the bar, we asked for recommendations and the bartender gave us options. We went with the steak & lamb kabobs, and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. I have a gluten allergy and he was very attentive to me. He even offered vegetables instead of pita bread with our appetizer. The staff works hard and it shows, I highly recommend! Try the falafel if you are gluten free, it was amazing.
Cascadia has way more options than EBGBs or Main Squeeze, like eggs and fresh fruit / vegetables, among many other things. Also has a large variety of organic / natural foods, as well as gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. It's open pretty late (9-10pm) which is helpful. Everything is MAD expensive though. A box of Trix cereal is easily $6+... Prepare to spend a lot

My friend has been telling me to come here for months and for my birthday he surprised me by taking me here!
I'm a pretty picky eater but I cleaned my plate, everything was delicious! Service was fantastic, the atmosphere was calm, lovely and relaxing. I will absolutely be coming back for special occasions.
I got the beef skewers, the soup which was a cream of corn, then the carne asada, and finished off with the flourless chocolate torte.
Each dish was presented beautifully, they had options for my friend who is gluten intolerant, which was a major plus.
Overall it was a beautiful dining experience I look forward to having again.

Food was good but inconsistent. My sons loved their egg and bacon sandwiches but there was no gluten free bread for toast. Had a tofu/potato combo. The potatoes were tasty, the tofu was hard and not great.
Suprisingly a nice, chill but cool atmosphere for being right across the university and tucked in between other college bars. Good service, good food (with gluten free options) and decently priced drinks.

Finally stopped by this cute little place. Did not disappoint! I had a vegetarian spicy, chicken asparagus pie, and the sweet tiny pies. The mango ones were my fav. All delicious! She had gluten free options that she serves over rice or potatoes but I didn’t have the time . A little pricey but she does make them by hand!! She has many other options and the place had cool Australian snacks too!
A nostalgic spot where excellent sushi meets accommodating service, perfect for families despite a limited kids' menu.

It had been several years since I had last been here. It did not disappoint. Sushi was awesome, as always. They have a gluten free menu, so my wife was able to get something as well. The kids menu was a little lacking for someone under the age of 5, they were still able to accommodate and we made it work.
The food here is excellent. I highly recommend the curry for people who can handle some spice. This place is also great for vegetarians and vegans or gluten free needs. Just the best tasting Thai food in Oregon. And I am pretty sure I’ve been to every Thai restaurant in Oregon.
Excellent customer service from the employees. There's amazing artwork all around the building, including the ceiling, where you will also find a playing card and some other fun things that make the experience there even better. There are so many options for food and even some gluten free options. Also the bathrooms are very nice. I would definitely recommend going there if you want some good food

I rented the pavilion for my wife's birthday and it was great! It's the perfect setting for a crowd of 30-50 looking for a semi-outdoor area to host a party. Macey was our coordinator and she was wonderful to work with, even making special arrangements for some of our guests who were gluten free. The food was lovely, the setting was beautiful, and the staff were all outstanding. All in all, it was a wonderful celebration and 4 spirits played a huge part in that. I highly recommend!

Golly, what great service and of course the food was excellent. I am gluten intolerant and the staff readily wrapped my hamburger in a lettuce leaf. It was Sooo good we will be back soon. The place was very clean, including the restrooms.
The food is consistently good and the fries are excellent.
