It's like a Mediterranean version of chipotle. I really enjoyed it, lots of vegan and gluten free options as well.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I think it’s worth writing about cava. We have tried 2 locations and most of the cava employees are rude. They are not friendly, have no knowledge about allergies and not happy when we ask them to change gloves. At huntersville location, today my husband clearly told the lady that he is picking up the food for a person who is allergic to gluten. And asked if she would be able to change gloves. The lady was not happy to change gloves and had to be asked twice. We don’t think we will be returning to any cava locations.
