CAVA

I love CAVA. So far everything I’ve tried is so good. I love the concept of making your own bowl. Their sauces and options are amazing. There are a lot of gluten free things to choose from, too. My only gripe is that they don’t have a lot of vegan protein options and their falafel has wheat which really doesn’t belong in falafel. It’s chickpea flour so they’re usually naturally gluten free. Hopefully, they’ll get on the band wagon and have some more options like bolay and fresh kitchen! I love them and I will def go back! I highly recommend and I know they’ll figure out the other issues bc they will welcome a huge audience if they do that!
