I live an hour away, so when I'm near this location, I plan to stop in or order takeout. As someone with a gluten Intolerance, I am so grateful for places like Bolay that provide fun & healthy options! The service has always been great.
I absolutely love this Blaze location! The staff is always positive and helpful, the food is of course delicious and the prices CANNOT be beat for how crazy expensive food is currently. I get the gluten free crust, and although it’s super difficult to get cooked the right way, the staff is always kind and very accommodating, willing to pop it back in the oven for me if needed. They are a great team, and my son and I love going here! ♥️
Oh, also — get the rewards! They’re great.

Five of us came for dinner on a Friday without a reservation. We didn't have to wait long to get a table for ourselves.
Our waitress was friendly, but a little more attentiveness on her part would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the cocktails took a little long and only came after we asked for them.
The food was really good and there was a lot of quantity. It is particularly worth mentioning that there are also many dishes for guests with allergies (gluten free).
All in all, our meal was very satisfactory and we would like to come back.
alright, so this review has been overdue for a WHILE! I am a celiac, diagnosed for 10+ years. In those 10+ years, i have tried numerous pizzas. In state, out of state, local, grocery store, chains, small businesses, you name it. When I tell you NO ONE comes close to the pizza I get here at boardwalk, I mean it. The pizza here is my constant benchmark. I could eat it all of the time and I know it’ll taste just as good each time I take a bite. No pizza I’ve eaten in my life comes close, and this is the place I go when I’m craving some good pizza! The staff and family that own this place know what they’re doing, they’re kind and attentive, and always care. The restaurant is full of real people who care about what they do, and that’s what matters most. While I understand there can be bad experiences, the bad reviews left on this place do not describe the majority of instances. I have been eating here since even before my diagnosis, and when my family and I found out we could come back and eat as a family we were ecstatic!! Boardwalk is THE place I recommend people to eat if they’re looking for hearty, relaxed, and damn good food. This place is wonderful, and has stated that way for years. I can’t recommend it enough.
This is a great spot for vegetarian, vegan and plant-based options. I just wish they had vegan cheese here. Menu also states they have gluten free options, but I did not ask about cross contamination for that. Parking is along a very busy road and limited. Only seating is outdoors, so no AC, but it is covered.
When I asked about gluten free, the server handed me this little guide on the gluten free items! There is NO separate fryer. You have the option to build your own burger and they have quite a bit of options for sauces, toppings, etc. I got a bison burger with the gf bun, tomato, onion, pickles and garlic aoili. She mentioned that the corn was boiled and gf so I got that as my side! Burger was delicious!
We love coming to Bosphorus to celebrate friends and family. Everyone is always so welcoming! Our server Gokay was so nice and hospitable. I eat gluten-free and he had the manager (also such a friendly, nice man) come over and explain the gluten-free options on the menu. Lots of wonderful choices. The food is always amazing! We continue to come back year after year.
I had high hopes for AVA MediterrAegean, a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, the front area was chaotic—about 15 people crammed together, loud and intoxicated, with no notice that our reservation would be delayed by 20 minutes due to the restaurant running behind on schedule. Once seated, the table placement was awkward and cramped, with chairs directly in a high-traffic area. My fiancé’s MCM designer bag was knocked over twice—once by a server bumping into the table, who then gave a little chair to put it on since there were no bag holders, a second by another server bumping into that chair where they tripped and sent the bag flying to the floor. On top of that, my jacket was knocked off the back of my chair and stepped on, terrible location.
Service was rushed and impersonal, with no recommendations or mention of specials. Drinks took 15 minutes to order but arrived at least arrived quickly. For appetizers, the meatballs were overly salty, though my fiancé enjoyed them, and the potatoes were bland, and I had requested olive oil twice to be brought.
The entrées were disappointing: my black truffle risotto was just average, and my fiancé’s filet mignon was chewy. Despite informing the waiter about celiac disease, the saffron rice came with phyllo dough when we asked without it, and had to be remade. Dessert, a crème brûlée, was, let’s just say forgettable and nothing special.
Adding insult to injury, the bill included an automatic 18% service charge for our table of two, which felt unwarranted given the mediocre service. At nearly $300 for two, I expected a refined and luxurious dining experience, not chaos and mediocre food, especially Michelin rated.
Perhaps it was an off night for them on a busy Saturday evening, but Michelin stars demand consistency, and this didn’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend or return here, and would definitely question how they even got a star for their food.
There are far better places around that have made a significant impression.
I love CAVA. So far everything I’ve tried is so good. I love the concept of making your own bowl. Their sauces and options are amazing. There are a lot of gluten free things to choose from, too.
My only gripe is that they don’t have a lot of vegan protein options and their falafel has wheat which really doesn’t belong in falafel. It’s chickpea flour so they’re usually naturally gluten free. Hopefully, they’ll get on the band wagon and have some more options like bolay and fresh kitchen! I love them and I will def go back! I highly recommend and I know they’ll figure out the other issues bc they will welcome a huge audience if they do that!
I do not recommend this restaurant for anyone that has food allergies or intolerances. They will not accommodate you.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I rarely go out to eat because of my high food intolerances. There was a misunderstanding and they brought me pasta with gluten. I asked them to change it, and the manager came and was extremely disrespectful, mean, and aggressive with me because he did not believe me I have a gluten intolerance. He was extremely unprofessional. He was bullying me to pay for this meal i would not eat. I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my entire life.
I was impressed with Shake Shack. However, I wasn’t able to enjoy the veggie burger because of a gluten allergy. But my primary reason for choosing this Shake Shack was to treat my granddaughter to a burger. It turns out that she had been to Shake Shack before this, and she told me that this was her favorite burger place. I had no idea prior to visiting the restaurant this was my first experience at Shake Shack Winter Park.
Superb dining experience. Brisbane grilled caesar salad w/ best dressing, added yummiest asparagus. Natalie suggested gluten-free chocolate cake; perfect ending!
Eager to return and repeat my order. Attentive server made it exceptional evening!
Everything was great! Brady made sure to accommodate my wife celiac disease. She had the best chicken she’s ever had and was very pleased that there was another option than steak! Thanks for another great experience Brady!
Pizza was delicious and the gluten free crust was crazy good.
Staff was so kind and reassured that the pizza was gluten free and I’d 100% come back for more.
Greek salad was great too.
I was looking for gluten-free-friendly restaurants, and this place came up. Reviews said they have the best gluten-free pizza… Guess what? Yeah, they have the best gluten-free pizza! I had a margarita pizza and the tomato sauce was delicious and all ingredients were so fresh!
The folks here are fabulous. Preston, Raj, and Keke were all incredibly friendly and hospitable. I first came here a year ago, and this was the second time — Preston recognized me even after that long! Both times he’s been incredible and very accommodating of any dietary restrictions (gluten-free/dairy-free). Raj also was great with his service, and on top of the job. Favorite Indian place to come to!
The first thing you’ll notice going here is the impeccable service. Where you’re dining in or taking out, the staff are attentive and friendly.
The food is delicious. They offer a variety of dishes to suit any diet vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and meat options are available as well.
I have had both mild and spicy dishes, you’ll find both flavorful and satisfying. Personally I prefer spicy dishes and one thing that draws me to their cuisine is that they use fresh chilies to add spice. I find this crisp burst of flavor balances out the dishes very well. Many places use dried or smoked chilies (which I also enjoy), here you can expect a more refreshing burst of spice that is dangerously addictive.
I have tried paneer kadhai which is one of my favorite dishes, paneer korma, chana masala, palak, malai kofta… all excellent.
If you tend to have Chicken Tikka Masala but you’d like to try something different, go for the makhani which is also tomato based. If you prefer sweet and creamy try the korma. No matter what you try, you cannot go wrong.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
Delicious create your own salads, açaí bowls, and smoothies! We have been looking for a place like this since Salata closed and we are very happy to have a delicious and healthy option again.
Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options.
Our waitress, Madison, was so great! She was so personable and made sure I had a special birthday dinner. She worked with our party with one of us being gluten free and made sure we knew what dishes to select. The food came out quickly, and the presentation was phenomenal. Truly great flavors. Highly recommend. No other place like it around here. Can’t wait to go back!
Very little gluten/dairy free options. Options included a salad or GF pasta with tomato sauce. Nothing else. My friends enjoyed their food. Olives were good.
Sky did a wonderful job of serving us and giving my friend gluten free options off the menu. We really appreciated her excellent service and sense of humor.
A staple of Winter Park with one of the most beautiful lake views to share a meal next to. There’s no Sunday night football games or tv’s to watch, but ambiance should be more than enough.
We had Ofhniel as our server and he did a great job explaining the menu, showcasing what was gluten free and checking in.
I love how fresh and delicious the food is and they are very accommodating with my gluten allergy. Been often and each time the servers are extra helpful and food is fabulous!
Was glad to hear that they have gluten-free bread since I have Celiac Disease. I got the super sub and even though it was "Mike's style" with vinegar and seasonings, it tasted too plain and like nothing. I won't be going back.
Stop your car. Turn around if you need to, and get yourself to this restaurant. It is SO good! We loved everything we had and wish that we could've made it back during our trip. Loaded Fries, Island Burger 50/50 with tostone "bun", Nachos with Jackfruit, Red Velvet Brownie, Rosey Lemonade - INSANELY GOOD! Shout out to the TRUFFALO CAULIFLOWER and Elote Corn Salad!! Service was ON POINT. Brandon was really knowledgable about the menu and so many gluten free options. Nice vibe in the space. Games to play. Will make this or first stop on our next trip to Orlando.
I decided to look for a meal prep company for healthy convenient meals. I’d heard about Fitlife foods from some friends and decided to check then out. I went to the Winter Park location and was helped out by Paige. She went through the menu with me and helped me create a meal plan suitable for my lifestyle as an athlete. She was super nice, professional and very helpful! There’s a good variety of meals, breakfast and lunch/dinner, in varied sizes. There’s also vegetarian, gluten-free and high-protein options. I tried several and have not been disappointed yet. All the ingredients and macros are listed on the label which has been very helpful to me. Meals are fresh not frozen and take around 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. I loved the buffalo chicken melt and the Mediterranean turkey meatballs. All in all great service, great meals which are healthy and convenient. I highly recommend and will continue to use moving forward!
We love coming to cafe piano, it’s such a nice ambiance both inside and outside. They have a great happy hour and all of the food is delicious and fresh. We love that they have gluten free pasta/gluten friendly options as well!
My husband and I had an amazing time! Intimate dinning space and some of the best vegan food in Orlando. Menu has lots of vegan, gluten free and non-veggie options. Every dish we had was delicious. We will definitely be back again. Also loved that the owner was walking around checking on things and giving his recommendations. Truly unique and lovely experience.
Their veggie pho is my go-to whenever I’m under the weather. Tonight, I ordered through Uber eats and left a note on my entree that I have an allergy. The staff was very diligent in passing along the information that the spring rolls I ordered do have the allergen in them. The spring rolls were for my partner anyway, but it really means a lot that the staff cared enough to leave a little note to ensure I wouldn’t get sick. As a wheat allergy/gluten free girly, it’s hard to find places I truly trust, but vietnomz continues to be extremely diligent with the way they handle allergies. Keep up the great work!
I went to Reel Fish after an early show at the Winter Park Play House. Since they offered a 20% discount, I figured it was worth giving it a try. I am gluten free and they had gluten free options, which is always a plus. I had the fish tacos and they were delicious. My mom had the salmon and that was also delicious. I would definitely go again.
I have a gluten, soy and dairy allergy which I ALWAYS mention when I do an order. I asked for the gluten free rotoni plain with shrimp and a salad. The other item in my order was no allergies. The girl who took my order said she would make sure to write allergy in the order. Well I come home to make my food and add my own sauce and started eating it. I found a piece of angel hair pasta, to come to find out that turns to 6 pieces. I called the restaurant location and spoke to the girl who took my order who said she would get a manager, which took a while to come to the phone. The manager told me she was coaching her team on what to do and apparently it was rung in wrong. Manager suggested she could make another meal for me or give me a gift card. I asked for a refund. I have an allergy, it’s not that it just gives me a little discomfort. All the manager could say was she was sorry, but that doesn’t affect what I have to deal with the side effects. My throat is tight, hives, itching, joint pain, bloating, weakness. This is the second time it has happened at this location. The first time there was only one piece of angel hair pasta versus the six I found last night. I’m beyond upset because i’m not asking for much but for my order to be right. I want to be able to go and enjoy a meal out, and not feel like I’m going to be poisoned. Plain pasta shouldn’t be mixed with other pasta. Now it’s going to take my body time to rid this out of it while they go on with their day and life like they didn’t hurt somebody. I honestly think just giving me a refund of my $38 really wasn’t enough. Please educate your team on taking allergies seriously. Thankfully, I was at home and could take some Benadryl but now I have to deal with the consequences of a tight throat and all. Just unacceptable. I just advise anybody who goes there with any type of allergy to double triple check. I said numerous times on the phone that I had an allergy, but apparently it wasn’t enough.
