Sky did a wonderful job of serving us and giving my friend gluten free options off the menu. We really appreciated her excellent service and sense of humor.

My husband and I used The Glass Knife for our wedding cake. From our very first meeting down to the delivery of the cake on our wedding day, it could not have been a more perfect experience. Ely was fantastic about answering any questions or concerns we had. They even provided a lovely gluten free alternative of our cake for our guests with gluten allergies. Our cake was delicious- I feel every couple says they had the best cake but I promise you that if you go with a cake from The Glass Knife, it truly is the best cake ever! The pricing was well within our budget and they were very transparent on payment plans and the break down for each charge. We are so thankful to have used them for such a special day- we'll be ordering an anniversary cake for sure!
