Delicious gluten free pizza and pasta! Though they used to use their gluten free pizza dough as bread and our waitress told us they don’t do that anymore, which is really disappointing

Always love coming to CIBO. Best gluten free crust around. I got the caprese saltimbocca sandwich this time (gf) and asked to add protein as I am pregnant and needing more. Was told the chef doesn't really like to do that but the waiter/bartender was kind enough to submit the order. When I got the sandwich I noticed the chef completely left off the pesto. Asked for it on the side. Just a bit odd since there are so few ingredients on the sandwich. Completed the meal with a gluten free crepe. Always yummy and delicious. Will definitely be back.

We had dinner here last week and loved it!! We began at the outside bar and had a glass of wine and the small appetizer board before being sat inside for dinner. The outside bar tended was great, I told him I was gluten free and the board could not have bread or crackers on it. He went to the kitchen personally to let them know. For dinner we ordered two vegetable pizzas on gluten free crust, they were delicious!! One of the best crusts I've ever had!! We were very pleased!!
