COLT Grill, BBQ & Spirits

Yummy gluten free bun/burger! So good! I love their strawberry margarita as well! Their sides are good too French fries and the sweet potato fries are delicious. It is so good we travel down from Flagstaff to eat here.

Stopped at the Prescott Valley location for lunch and was really impressed! We sat on the patio where our dog was warmly welcomed. We were served by Hannah who was friendly, professional, and attentive. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies, so the manager, Robert, came by with an allergen listing of every offering. There were lots of dairy and gluten-free choices, and the food was delicious. We had the smoke meat sampler platter; we ate more than we should and still had to pack a doggy bag (box)! Good choice of draught beer, bourbon, and whisky. The true star of the show was the service - Hannah and Robert knocked it out of the park, especially considering we were sitting on the patio on a cool day. Unfortunately we do not live in the area, or I would soon become a regular. I highly recommend COLT Grill.
