Stopped at the Prescott Valley location for lunch and was really impressed! We sat on the patio where our dog was warmly welcomed. We were served by Hannah who was friendly, professional, and attentive. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies, so the manager, Robert, came by with an allergen listing of every offering. There were lots of dairy and gluten-free choices, and the food was delicious. We had the smoke meat sampler platter; we ate more than we should and still had to pack a doggy bag (box)! Good choice of draught beer, bourbon, and whisky. The true star of the show was the service - Hannah and Robert knocked it out of the park, especially considering we were sitting on the patio on a cool day. Unfortunately we do not live in the area, or I would soon become a regular. I highly recommend COLT Grill.

I only gave a 4 because they are a little pricey, but hire food is a 5. Third firecracker shrimp is more like dynamite in taste. I also had the seafood curry, which was excellent. Definitely a place to go. My daughter is gluten, meat, and soy intolerant, so not many options for her but it is difficult most places.

About as good as an Italian place I've found in pv. Thier risotto is very good. They also have plenty of gluten free options.

Guedos is a hidden gem in the quality of their food, their service and affordability. The fact that they offer a gluten free pizza alternative makes them a priceless gem. I'm crossing my fingers that they will add a gluten free pasta alternative!!! You'll find yourself going back again and again!
