When we arrived we asked a waitress if the paella was gluten-free, I don't know if she didn't feel like working anymore or she had no idea what we were asking, but her response was roughly: oh, I don't know, yes, I think they add it. gluten... Basically with that answer I understand that he didn't even know that we were asking him so we asked him if he could ask in the kitchen, and finally yes, the paella is gluten free. We ordered a seafood paella for two, a good portion with squid, mussels, two prawns and two crayfish (unfortunately frozen, since they all broke into small pieces, a shame being on the seafront), the quality-price ratio is good. We also ordered some bravas, which are also gluten free and the waitress (the same one) this time went out of her way to ask and ensure that they were suitable for celiacs. The exquisite bravas, at first they were very different from what we are used to, but as you eat, little by little you will love them since the sauce is delicious!
