Cadence Coffee

I have to work in the neighborhood for the next 5 months and I'm so grateful for this little restaurant to be so close by. They have so many options if you are gluten and dairy free and food items are modifiable which means I can have a great meal. I've had a few sandwiches, the coffee, a latte and their London Fog. All have been very good. Can't wait to dine in one day. Thanks so much for having options and friendly staff!

Found this hidden gem a few weeks ago when a friend brought me for breakfast. Been in Bowness for over a year now and never knew it was here, which is a shame. Diner has an awesome atmosphere! Service is good and quick. Over the last few weeks, I’ve had my parents visit from out of the province. While they were here, I brought each of them for breakfast here. Both of them loved it and honestly it would be really hard not to love this place. Fantastic baked goods and they also accommodate gluten and dairy free food/baked goods. Peanut butter cookies are to die for. I’ve seen some peoples coffee and it looks awesome! 4.7 out 5
