Went here with my friend while she was visiting as she was requesting a dairy and gluten free treat. This place did not disappoint - the treats were actually so tasty (as a person with no dietary limits). The owner was also lovely! :) I would put a table and a couple chairs outside to sit now that the weathers better

Was beyond excited to finally find gluten free chicken and waffles near me. Having a gluten allergy I often feel as though I’m missing out with gf substitutes, however this was amazing. The hot sauce pairs beautifully with the chicken and syrup, and myself and my boyfriend (both chefs too, for those of you that weren’t sold on it before) were BLOWN AWAY by the GF waffle too, fluffy, flavourful, and deceptively gluten free.

Update: Recently came back to try some of their other rolls and was not disappointed. Really good flavours, though a little on the pricey side. Worth a try if you want something healthy or looking for gluten free or vegan food. ----------------------------- Came for the Green Roll and Chocolate Torte for Vegan Week. Was pretty delicious. As a side note, parking is in the back (4 spots) . There is no parking in the front unless you want to chance parking at the liquor store that's beside them.

Came here just before Christmas for brunch, overall my experience was positive. Nice cozy atmosphere and a sizeable menu with vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. The food was delicious, (pierogis, brunch bowls) and the staff was very friendly. Only semi-negative thing I have to say is it took a while for us to have our food order taken. We went on a Saturday morning and it was very busy, some people did walk in and saw there was no tables and had to leave. Overall would recommend breakfast here.

Very grateful for gluten free options when I come into the city. I dont know the staff very well but I always find Andrew is excellent and makes the experience that much better. One small suggestion- Id love if your dinner menu was available a bit earlier in the day. As an out of town commuter, I love picking up meals here to take home after work, but get off at 3pm(healthcare), so always miss your window. Just a small request if possible! Cheers.

I have purchased Primal's soup at the market and finally made it to their café. What a cozy place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and try the delicious soup of the day. Everyone behind the counter is so friendly and welcoming. We always take home a few frozen soups (how convenient and easy to travel with and no risk of leaks)! All of their soups are gluten free and the ideal remedy for a chill or an ache or the need for a hug.

Popped in for lunch, excellent service, great meal, and I particularly appreciated how attentive and considerate the server was about my gluten-free request. I don’t live in the area but will definitely be back next time I’m in Calgary. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
