Café Bella

We took a couple of young ones to Bella for the first time. I walked in and felt a little under-dressed, but the lovely hostess quickly assured me that I was fine. Complimentary hot rolls came out fairly quickly and were devoured! Another round came out, and I had to cut the two children off from the addictive rolls. The kids' meals were good portions. We asked how they tasted and received the thumb up! My sea bass was thick and very tender, but the vegetables were from the reject pile. The picture I posted shows two big pieces of broccoli with the flower part chopped off. That was taken before I even picked up my fork. My husband's seafood fettuccine was fine. I had one bite of the tiramisu before two greedy little mouths quickly made it disappear! The busy server came by a couple of times to check on us. So did the hostess, so we felt very welcome! As we left, the hostess gave the two little ones packets of Black Forest organic gummies. I was given a yellow one and it tasted lemon-y. They use real juice! How thoughtful of Bella Cafe to give children healthy, gluten-free snacks. Yes, we would go back!
