The only place in town with reliable GF cheesey bread or breadsticks. Most menu items can be made GF if you ask since they make their own GF dough in house.
Hands down my favorite place to get pasta. They sub in a tender GF penne for you, and the sauces that are GF are clearly marked on the menu. My favorite is the chicken “fettuccine” (in quotes because you will get GF penne instead) with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The bolognese is also excellent!
You can even get a flourless chocolate ganache cake which is delicious! Large enough to share with 2 people easily.
I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.
Love this place! An old classic in Fort Worth with the best Italian food in the area. Try the Chicken albanese, it is amazing! Gluten free pizza crust and noodle options are available. This place is BOYB, and you can get a bottle of wine at the gas station next door!
Our meal here was delicious! Can't believe I didn't hear about this restaurant sooner, and will definitely be back. Everything was super fresh and cooked well. I tried the gluten free pasta and it was fantastic (I would guess it probably wouldn't be suitable for someone with Celiac disease but for someone who is just gluten intolerant like me it was perfect). My husband had the cannelloni and he loved it. Also the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Loved it!
We loved our experience here! The manager and waitress took the time to explain the process of the fermented sourdough since I’m gluten intolerant (but tolerate fermented sourdough). I was able to eat the pizza and it tasted phenomenal! Loved the atmosphere, food, & friendliness of the staff.
My wife and I went for lunch, and the managers and service staff were amazing. The gluten free pizza crust is the best I’ve had at any restaurant, and the managers were willing to try frying it for a dessert which turned out amazing. We will be going back.
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Olive Garden! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly exceptional. My daughter has a gluten allergy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure her meal was safe and enjoyable. They were so attentive and knowledgeable—it really gave us peace of mind.
It was also my daughter’s birthday, and they made her feel so special. Our waitress, Regan M., was wonderful—kind, professional, and so thoughtful throughout our meal. The manager, Kerry Bowden, even took the time to personally check with the kitchen and make sure everything was handled correctly. You could really see how the whole team worked together to make it a great experience.
We highly recommend this Olive Garden location and will definitely be back!
For takeout, I tried their gluten free pizza. It wasn’t gluten free. How hard is it to pay attention to the order when it says “gluten free”? If you can’t have gluten avoid this place.
Long standing but still excellent purveyor of great pizza. Most customers carry out or get delivery but I chose to dine in with my kids and had a good time. The focus is not on the decor but on quality. Speed was great too, which is always a bonus for pizza. There was something on the menu for nearly everyone and my gluten free pizza turned out really well.
Great location for families and parties, we stopped here on a whim because it was the closest to our location at the time and had some gluten free options for one of our party.
It's a bit loud, but not unexpected for this kind of location. Atmosphere is good, tables, seats, and floors were mostly clean. Bathroom probably needs a bit of renovation, but not terrible considering the age of the building. It's good, not great but good.
The food was good for a buffet style place. Options were a bit limited, but decent. Salad bar was ok, but could use more protein options to add, I.E. pepperoni, cooked chicken, and similar protein pizza toppings.
Service was great, and staff was very helpful and patient. Patience for tired travelers in a new location is a must. This is huge, as service is your business, and employees are your company despite numbers and sales tickets. Make sure you give them all at least a few cents raise this quarter.
Speaking of service, when my daughter had trouble with the prize machine giving out the wrong item, a staff member actually diagnosed that the machine was still malfunctioning, and rectified the problem by getting her the prize she had chosen.
On reflection, due to the friendliness, helpfulness, and patience of tired travelers, I've upgraded my initial three stars to 4.
The response from the owner wanting to improve prompted this detailed review and upgrade.
We took a couple of young ones to Bella for the first time. I walked in and felt a little under-dressed, but the lovely hostess quickly assured me that I was fine.
Complimentary hot rolls came out fairly quickly and were devoured! Another round came out, and I had to cut the two children off from the addictive rolls.
The kids' meals were good portions. We asked how they tasted and received the thumb up!
My sea bass was thick and very tender, but the vegetables were from the reject pile. The picture I posted shows two big pieces of broccoli with the flower part chopped off. That was taken before I even picked up my fork.
My husband's seafood fettuccine was fine. I had one bite of the tiramisu before two greedy little mouths quickly made it disappear!
The busy server came by a couple of times to check on us. So did the hostess, so we felt very welcome!
As we left, the hostess gave the two little ones packets of Black Forest organic gummies. I was given a yellow one and it tasted lemon-y. They use real juice! How thoughtful of Bella Cafe to give children healthy, gluten-free snacks.
Yes, we would go back!

Quaint authentic Italian restaurant right near the convention center. Super reasonably priced. BYOB. Food was delicious, and, I had the gluten-free noodles. The owners cooked at served us. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Fort Worth. Smaller, so I recommend reservations on a Friday night. Loved it
We had a wonderful experience tonight! Came in with two picky kids, a toddler, and gluten free eater. Every one left happy!
Food was delicious, staff was great, and we will be back!

Olivella’s is amazing. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the wine specials are great. We shared a meatball appetizer, kiddo had ravioli with pancetta, and I had gluten free penne with creamy pesto. Everything was delicious. Our family loved it and we can’t wait to go back!
