I live in the Avenues and Cafe 140 B is SO awesome! I went the first weekend they opened over a year ago when they only had the walk up counter and from then I was hooked. Now that the tea room/carriage house is open it’s even better! I am gluten free so the McPrarie breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread is the best paired with a chai latte.
